"Due to a spinal birth defect, which I later seriously injured, along with numerous other injuries, I sought out new ways to address my imbalanced, frozen body. The amount, intensity and quality of massage/structural release I needed just wasn't available. Combining "myMT" and the "Tension Relief Board" were two very effective solutions to this dilemna. I soon realized I was able to achieve extensive fascia release on myself. When combined with a stretch-strengthening routine, I went from a stiff, "frozen" body to being labeled a "contortionist" in a span of 14 months! To achieve this level of flexibility with stretching alone would take most people many years to accomplish! The committed time spent on releasing my body increased my understanding and quality of hands on work as a Massage Therapist 4 fold."

 I dedicate Adirondack Massage Tools in the Loving memory of my best friend, Todd Orsell. As a quadriplegic, he lived the most difficult life I've ever seen anyone live. Despite his hardships, he always embodied a positive and spiritual attitude. It was because of him that I pursued the field of massage, found my place in life and new levels of love in my heart. Though, I couldn't heal him, I was able to create new ways for others to heal themselves...he planted the seeds.
